Are you saying it wouldn't be effective for you, or it wouldn't be effective for anyone? It's my first cycle in 12 years so I'm pretty sure it will have a decent effect.
Ah on my question I'm looking at 8 weeks. Thanks for any help.. If training and most important diet is in check you can gain up to 1lb of muscle per week on cycle assuming you are not near your limits. The muscle gained would be the keepable gains after the cycle is over as long as your natty test levels can support it.

Yes it's effective, but I'm a big fan of longer cycles. Don't add any other compounds, just stretch it to 10 imo.
There is no definitive answer to this question as there are many variables. This all depends on the individual, their training regimen, diet, etc The gear part is the least part likely to have an effect on what you gain and keep when you take all things into consideration. Top All times are GMT
