I'm on keto for about 2. I don't run a stack, just the Cyp and orals to support it. Usually put a handful of walnuts or pecans in it I know they have T reduction properties but they're yummy.
If im ravenous i'll eat a breaded chicken breast most of my carbs for the day around 3hrs later. I'll have another shake like above around 3hr after that then sail about 6hr until dinner time. I'm in a heavy cut right now so I nuke with adderall around mid morning to keep cravings down. This gives me no appetite and I feel grossed out by the thought of eating but shakes are always palatable.
Unsure, not that deep into it considering im prescribed the T I dont research much into other effects. Im not great with the language but 5x weekly 2 major areas per with one day the primary day for each group.
Light cardio everyday except legs. I don't go superheavy to failure to avoid injuries, to which I seem to be quite prone. I use kratom as part of my preworkout stack which has a slight numbing effect which is bad, but the energy it provides is fantastic. I also spray myself with vinegar every other day to keep surface bacteria in check although not eating sugar seems to aleviated most of the red patches on my face. This will sound like a horrible peice of advice, but realize people on the internet are more often than not going to overblow risks and worst-case scenarios for whatever reason. Maybe because they're too timid to try things for themselves or don't want others to do things to get ahead of them, I dont know.
However your body is tough and knows how to heal itself. Any interaction that is very dangerous is readily posted on google. Just look it up. If you don't mind much info, probably safe to try small doses to see how it effects you. Again, think about all the people who, on a daily basis, stack tons of recreational drugs and alcohol and are still alive. I find that ANYWHERE else but those communities are hostile towards users of anabolics because they have drank the KoolAid that steriods are awful, unnatural, deadly, and only for low lifes. Nevermind your body makes them naturally, nevermind that transgender people take the same thing just for different reasons, nevermind that they have an unbelievable amount of wonderful effects on your body and mind with really negligible side effects.

I realize my original tone was probably too playful for this subject. But I appreciate you taking the time to write all that up. Doing Keto for a couple months now. Whenever I tried to get big I got hurt or felt overtrained AF. Steroids are not going to keep you from injuring yourself and if you're eating enough and keto you're not going to get overtrained. At 38 you are a candidate for TRT, and if you are interested in this stuff you should just start with test.
Honestly I would say stick with keto and train hard for a couple more months and see where you are. If you're still interested in risking your own test production go to a TRT specialist to get started. All that said, keto or better yet zero carb should make steroids more effective because both WOE increases the number of androgen receptors on muscle cells. Both are already very heart healthy, but because of the cardiovascular sides of exogenous hormones I'd recommend getting in fish oil or fatty fish a few times per week if you go this route.
